My name is James and I'm an Australian professional dancer turned Mixed Media Artist.

I run jameslukeburkeCREATIVE (yes, legally all one word, #extra haha) which currently hosts

• a YouTube channel with over 500 public videos 

• a thriving community of over 3000 artists sharing in "The BURKEMATES Creative Outlet" Facebook group

• an active Instagram account @jameslukeburkecreative featuring IG LIVE creative sessions

• a self-produced, manufactured line of jlbCREATIVE products and over 20,000 independent sales

What started as a passion project after a career-changing car accident has quickly become my new dream. I took all of that energy from my professional dance career and channeled it into new artistic endeavors online; to nurture the inherent creativity in others with encouraging, empowering, educational and accessible content, tutorials and products. I love to share the joy of my artistic expression and witness that happiness in others being creatively fulfilled. And I want to do it all laughing :)
